Compass Point 42 is located ¼ mile to the beach within the gated Litchfield by the sea community and offers lake and scenic views. Features full kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area, in unit washer and dryer, large wrap around porch with furniture and a 3rd story sun porch. Underneath there is also additional outdoor seating and dining area with furniture. Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 13 guests and include: -Master Bedroom: 1 Queen bed and attached bath. -Guest Room 1: 1 Queen bed and attached bath. -Guest Room 2: 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin Bed. -Guest Room 3: 1 Double bed and 1 Bunk bed. -Living Room: 1 Sofa bed.
