This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom 2-story raised vacation home has everything you need for your next beach. Compass Point 42 is located ¼ mile to the beach within the gated Litchfield by the sea community and offers lake and scenic views. Features full kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area, in unit washer and dryer, large wrap around porch with furniture and a 3rd story sun porch. Underneath there is also additional outdoor seating and dining area with furniture.

-Guest Room 1: 1 Queen bed and attached bath.
-Guest Room 2: 1 Queen 2 twin (bunks).

Guest Access: Guests will have access to entire condo. All resort guests have access to the Play Pool Plaza and the Indoor Pool Play Pool Plaza is the main resort pool located at Summerhouse Suites. Open from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. The play pool plaza features a mini waterpark with rotating buckets, silly submarine, mushroom and lazy river.
Concessions available in season. Cabanas with 2 lounge chairs, fan and television are available to rent for full or half days. Room Charge or Credit Cards only.
Indoor Pool is located inside of the Health Club along with a hot tub. Open 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Other Things to Note: -Must be 21 years of age to rent -NO PETS, there will be a $250.00 fee for guests brining pets into the unit and immediate eviction with no refund. –NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Unit is individually owned and managed by Lachicotte Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.
