Cosy, and stylish, traditional and modern, this lovely cottage is located in the heart of Henley-On-Thames, surrounded by shops, restaurants and the river Thames.
Guests will be enchanted by Northfield End Cottage, which has been recently renovated with warm and inviting interiors.
As you enter the cottage on your right is the snug room, which is a warm and cosy sanctuary. It is furnished with two comfy sofas, woollen throws, a wood burner and a television. A further living area, decorated in muted colours with traditional furniture is located on the 1st floor.
The kitchen/dining area is open plan, allowing guests to mingle with the chef while relaxing in the dining area and taking in the view across the peaceful courtyard garden with a tranquil water feature.
One of the three bedrooms is situated on the first floor which overlooks the pretty courtyard area. The bedroom has a large super king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large modern wet room with shower, a seat and rails can be available if needed.
Two further bedrooms can be found on the top floor one is a king sized bedroom and one a twin bedroom.
Next door to the two bedrooms is a family bathroom with a toilet and bath with overhead shower.
For meals out you have a fantastic selection of eateries all at your doorstep with a choice of country pubs or restaurants, or if you fancy staying in then there is a good selection of takeaways as well as Waitrose and Sainsburys within a minute’s walk.
Walking distance from the house you will also find the river Thames, a great day out to hire a boat or to take a scroll long the Thames path.
Henley has a lot to offer with a cinema, theatre, mini golf, children play grounds, museum, antique shops and boutique shops.
