The open living area provides light and air, with a large dining table, couch area and fully equipped open kitchen. Wooden decks, modern design and colourful details make this place the perfect sanctuary for every kind of holiday. You can be sure to feel like home in this cozy villa with all amenities you can wish for. Each bedroom has twin/double beds (can be arranged on request) and spacious en-suite bathrooms in modern design. The rooms are light and airy, each with a/c and TV. The perfect space to get some privacy and time for yourself. Being located just in front of the pool, you can take a dip first thing in the morning to refresh your body and mind. This is what real luxury looks like! The open living space features a large dining table, open kitchen with counter and a couch area to relax and get together. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can also be arranged on request. Please advise with villa host on-side and give 1 day notice. The surcharge will depend on your requests. Breakfast will be prepared by the villa staff with extra charge + grocery costs. For lunch and dinner, an external chef can be hired. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa. Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef’s service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. For guests staying at our Ubud villas, breakfast is available through your villa staff at IDR 130.000 per person. We also offer in-villa dining with a private chef at IDR 200.000 per person (minimum 2 guests). You can also indulge in a floating breakfast at IDR 150.000 per tray (up to 4 guests). Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 5-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds? A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 12 guests, with the 11th and 12th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 365.000/night/person applies.
