Located in the center of town, hovering above the action on Market Street, Island Girl combines the best of everything Property Manager has to offer. Easy access to the beach, and just steps from the shops, restaurants and food market. A huge priority in designing this home was to have two living spaces – large enough for 8 people to comfortably gather in each space, and designed to be an easy retreat for 2 families. The main floor is an open floor plan with dining table seating for 8, and counter seating for 4. We know how great it is to be able to spend time with the whole family… but we also know that both kids and adults appreciate having their own spaces too. The open main floor living room and kitchen with outside deck provides a comfy place to relax while the kids can play upstairs in the large media/living room and adjacent bunk room. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Island Girl has an occupancy maximum of 8 guests and 2 dogs. Additional dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
  • Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
  • There is no smoking in Island Girl. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
  • No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
  • The minimum rental age is 25.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
  • Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
  • Home is located on the second floor above retail space. It can only be accessed via a flight of stairs.
  • This home is located near an active construction area.
