The Neighborhood
This area is located in the heart of Valencia, just a few minutes walk from the main tourist attractions that the city of Valencia has to offer such as: the Central Market, La Lonja de la Seda, La Calle Caballeros where the Palacio de la Generalitat is located, the Plaza de la Virgen and the Cathedral. Only 100 metres away there are several streets full of restaurants and local bars. It is a very quiet neighbourhood. The Plaza del Ayuntamiento (where modern Valencia begins) is 200 metres away. The shopping area is a 15 minute walk away. The neighbourhood has an infinity of restaurants, cafés, places to have a drink and to go out. The Bolseria area is a 5 minute walk away and El Barrio del Carmen is only a 2 minute walk away. There is a multitude of good restaurants close to the flat. Our most recommended are: Le Favole, El Mercat, Hundred, San Tommaso, DDL Boutique and Vaqueta. Ask for our Valencia city guide.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- ** SELF-CHECK-IN **Once the Check-in form and payment have been completed, we will send you the information to be able to check-in automatically, since this apartment has a modern lock system by code or App.
- Check-in in person has an extra cost.

- **KIDS & BABIES**
- High chair and travel crib must be requested in advance.
- ** This apartment is available for temporary rentals with a minimum stay of 11 nights. No tourist license is required. **
- Due to the change of legislation in Valencia last August 2024, in the Decree Law 9/2024 of the 2nd of August 2024, bookings of more than 10 days are considered non-tourist bookings, therefore a deposit of two months must be paid as explained in the Law 29/1994 (L.A.U. or Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos).
- To simplify this process, instead of requiring a two-month deposit, we request a €500 deposit, which will be charged 10 days before check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded after check-out via the same payment method, provided no damages occur during the stay.
- Cashless Establishment
- Please remember to throw out the trash before leaving the apartment.
- Eco-friendly Establishment: We encourage all guests to have a mindful consumption. We suggest turning off the lights and air conditioning every time you leave the apartment.
