Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - 모든 구역 금연: 화장실과 마당을 포함한 건물 내외부는 금연구역이며 흡연 시에는 청소비와 소독비 $300이 부과됩니다.
- - 소음 발생 금지 지나친 소음 발생 및 고성방가는 금지됩니다. 민원이 발생하는 경우 즉시 퇴실되며 환불이 불가할 수 있습니다.
- - 예약한 인원수 외 방문 불가: 예약된 인원수 외의 방문이 불가합니다.
- - CCTV 설치: 보안, 도난 및 화재 방지를 위하여 대문과 마당 근처에 CCTV가 설치, 녹화중입니다.
- - 반려동물 동반 불가: 장애인 보조안내견 외 반려동물은 동반할 수 없습니다.
- - 미성년자 단독 숙박 불가: 보호자를 동행하지 않는 경우 법적 보호자의 동의가 필요합니다.
- - 만 5세 미만 영유아 숙박 불가: 5세 미만 영유아는 숙박이 불가합니다.
- - 만 5-13세 소아, 노약자 및 임산부의 투숙을 권장하지 않음: 숙소에는 욕조, 자갈, 계단, 커피포트 등 영유아에게 위험할 수 있는 장치, 시설물 등이 설치되어 있으며 영유아, 노약자 및 임산부를 위한 안정장치가 설치되어 있지 않습니다. 이러한 이유로 숙박을 권하지 않으나 부득이 숙박하는 경우 보호자의 각별한 주의를 필요로 합니다. 보호자의 부주의로 인해 발생하는 안전사고에 대하여 숙소는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- - 장애인이 예약하는 경우 사전고지 필요: 숙소 내에는 장애인을 위한 안전장치가 설치되어 있지 않습니다. 장애인 고객님께서 는 예약 전, 후 저희에게 연락주시면 안내 및 도움드리겠습니다.
- - 폭언, 폭행 등의 금지: 폭행 및 무리하고 과도한 요구 등을 통한 괴롭힘, 성적 굴욕감, 수치심 등을 일으키는 행위, 감정노동 종사자의 업무를 위계 또는 위력으로써 방해하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
- In order to book and stay at BUTLER.LEE, you need to agree with following rules below. If you don't follow the rules, you will be forced to leave and no refund will be given.
- - Commercial film, picture or events Not allowed: Commercial filming and events those are not authorized in advance are prohibited.
- - No Cook with Strong Smells: Cooking that can cause severe smoke or smell is prohibited. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged.
- - No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the building. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged.
- - No Noise: Excessive noise is prohibited. It is a place of living for the residents. If a complaint occurs, you can be forced to check out and no refund will be given.
- - No Additional Guests: Additional guests are not allowed to visit and stay other than the reserved number.
- - CCTV in Operation: CCTV is operating at the entrance for security, theft and fire prevention reasons.
- - No Pet Allowed: Pets cannot be accompanied. (Except for guide dogs for disabled person)
- - No Minor Alone: If a minor stays alone, consent from a legal guardian is required.
- - No Babies under 4-year-old: Babies under the age of 4 are not allowed to stay.
- - Not recommended staying for 5-13 year old children, the elderly and pregnant women: Facilities in Hanok (baths, gravels, stairs, coffee pots, etc.) could be dangerous for children, the elderly and pregnant women to stay since safety devices are not installed. For the above reason, when children or the elderly use our accommodation, a parent or guardian must pay close attention. Accommodation is not responsible for safety accidents caused by the guardian's carelessness.
- - Inform us in advance, if there is disabled person: There is no safety device for disabled person in the Hanok. If you contact us before and after making a reservation, we will guide and help you.
- - No Verbal Abuse, Assault: Obstruction of service work (abuse, unreasonable demands, sexual humiliation, shame, etc.) is prohibited.
