Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • **Parties/gatherings are prohibited in the building at all times!!
  • 1. Sunday to Thursday, music and noise should be tolerable with moderate voice and music until 10 pm.
  • 2. On Fridays and Saturdays, music and noise should be tolerable with moderate voice and music noise until 12am.
  • 3. Christmas, New Years and Independence Day, music and noise should be tolerable and moderate until 1am.
  • 4. Anyone who does not follow the rules will be penalized as follows:
  • -1st notice is called to their attention
  • -2nd notice there is a power outage in the department
  • -3rd notice they will be asked to leave the building and a fine of $2,000.00mxn will be charged.
  • 5. Broken, damaged, missing or excess items in the apartment will be charged.
  • 6. The number of guests per apartment cannot be exceeded.
  • 7. Smoking is prohibited in any area of the building. Smoking is permitted on private terraces or Rooftop.
  • 8.Rooftop hours 10am to 10pm
  • 9. Lost or damaged Magnetic Card has a cost of $500.00mxn. by building management.
  • 10. The garbage must be lowered to the corresponding containers located on the ground floor next to the exit door.
