Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- ** Parties / meetings / gatherings are prohibited in the building at all times !!
- 1. Sunday through Thursday, music and noise should be within a tolerable level of noise and music after 10pm.
- 2. On Fridays and Saturdays, music and noise must be within a tolerable level after 12am.
- 3. Christmas, New Years Eve and Independence Day, music and noise should be tolerable and moderate after 1am.
- 4. Anyone who does not follow the rules will be penalized as follows:
- -1st notice: an attention call is made
- -2nd notice: proceeds to a power outage in the apartment
- -3rd notice: the guest will be asked to leave the building and a fine of $ 1,000.00mxn will be charged.
- 5. Items that are broken, damaged, missing, or excessively cluttered in the apartment will be charged.
- 6. The number of guests per apartment cannot be exceeded
- 7. Smoking is prohibited in any area of the building. Smoking is permitted in private terraces or Rooftop.
- 8. Rooftop hours 10am to 10pm
- 9. Lost or damaged Magnetic Card has a cost of $ 500.00mxn. by the building management.
- 10. Garbage must be placed in the containers located on the ground floor next to the exit door.
