Duplex Meloneras HH10 is a comfortable holiday home situated in the south of Gran Canaria, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and access to a large shared pool.
This holiday accommodation can accommodate up to 4 guests and has 2 bedrooms, both on the upper floor, the master bedroom has a double bed and balcony, the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. On this floor you can also access one of the bathrooms complete with bathtub. On the ground floor there is the living room with air conditioning and access to the terrace with artificial grass and hammocks for sunbathing, as well as a toilet and the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine.

** This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests must pay a deposit of 400€ to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
