This fairly new & luxurious villa is the perfect living space that features free unlimited WiFi, TV, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen and rooms with central air conditioning at Sanctuary Lakes in Point Cook, Melbourne.

• Light-filled living flowing through to the dining area complete with a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, generous island bench with ample storage including walk in pantry, adjoining living and dining area with lake views from every angle.
• Six bedrooms and three bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom (6) on the second level comes with balcony access overlooking the serene lake and includes walk-in robes and stylish dual vanity ensuite bathroom with shower.
Ideally positioned in a family friendly location and public transport and playgrounds this waterfront home will impress.
With dedicated cycling and walking trails around the lake and along the creek and parkland, café, shopping and dining options only moments away.

Getting to Point Cook
• Land your next adventure just 30 minutes from the heart of Melbourne or Geelong.
• Point Cook is about 35 minutes south-west of the Melbourne CBD (Central Business District) and is located to the south of the Princes Freeway. The nearest railway station is Williams Landing railway station, and other stations close by are Aircraft or Laverton (on the way to Werribee).

• The Point Cook and Sanctuary Lakes centres have a range of cafes and restaurants, and there are more at the small Featherbrook Shopping Centre (238 Boardwalk Boulevard) in the south-west of the suburb, and Soho Village (corner of Sneydes Road and Malibu Boulevard).
• Shadowfax Winery. Within easy walking distance of Werribee Park Mansion, Shadowfax Winery delivers award-winning, handcrafted wines in a striking, natural setting. Shadowfax’s modern restaurant features a superb menu of Mediterranean food and a concise list of the winery’s latest releases and museum wines. There’s also live music every weekend. • Feel the freedom of the wild on a safari bus tour at Werribee Open Range Zoo. Get up close and personal with giraffes, zebras and rhinos, as they roam the open savannah.
• Another good option for the kids in Point Cook is Hargrove Park. It is on the corner of Hargrave Avenue and Kingsford Drive. The park has bike paths circling the equipment, and plenty of open space to kick a ball.
• Werribee Park Mansion. Wander through a grand mansion and glorious formal gardens with stories of another time.
• Bayview Park Point Cook is a pirate ship themed playground at in the south-east of the suburb near the corner of Yuruga Boulevard and Alamanda Boulevard.
• Burn off some energy with tenpin bowling at Wyncity Bowl & Entertainment or waterslide fun at AquaPulse.
• There is also plenty for the whole family to do nearby, such as Victoria State Rose Garden; RAAF Museum, Werribee Racecourse etc.
Cafes, restaurants, supermarket are just 3 minutes drive in Sanctuary Lakes shopping center.

• Please pull the garbage bins out to the natural strip with the lid closed by the night before collection day (details of bin collection will be stated at the property).
• Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
