Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • TERMS OF BOOKING
  • 1. We do not accept any parties, celebrations, schoolies or large events due to strict council regulations at any of our properties.
  • 2. Instant booking with no reviews please send request first.
  • 3. No unregistered guests allowed. Please insert correct guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
  • 4. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited after 10.00 pm and before 8.00 am.
  • 5. Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $500 applies. NO illegal drugs are permitted on the property If such activities are found, the Police will be contacted.
  • 6. All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
  • 7. Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
  • 8. Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost damaged or not returned to the lock box.
  • 9. On Sunday night, pull the council bins out to the natural strip kerbside.
  • 10. To maintain a mature and responsible environment, we have set a minimum age requirement for bookings.
  • 11. Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
  • 12. Our self-check-in process is made easy using the coded key lock safe located near the front door. The code will be provided to you on check-in date prior to your arrival.
  • 13. Nightly rates quoted are for short stays, special offer rates are available for longer stays by visiting the Property Manager website.
