We would always aim to not intrude on your stay if at all possible and would not come into the house during your stay, unless invited or needed for urgent maintenance works or stock management.

• Land your next adventure just 30 minutes from the heart of Melbourne or Geelong.
• Point Cook is about 35 minutes south-west of the Melbourne CBD (Central Business District) and is located to the south of the Princes Freeway. The nearest railway station is Williams Landing railway station, and other stations close by are Aircraft or Laverton (on the way to Werribee).

• The Point Cook and Sanctuary Lakes centres have a range of cafes and restaurants, and there are more at the small Featherbrook Shopping Centre (238 Boardwalk Boulevard) in the south-west of the suburb, and Soho Village (corner of Sneydes Road and Malibu Boulevard).

• Please respect the noise curfew. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 9.30 pm and 7.30 am as most of our properties are situated in quiet residential streets which are noise sensitive.
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies. Also, DO NOT leave cigarette butts anywhere in the gardens, planters etc. If butts are found on the premises a $150 surcharge is applied if we find cigarette butts anywhere.
• Furniture should not be moved around the house and utensils, crockery etc. not to be removed from the premises. You will be liable for any damage caused from the moving of furniture and bond charged accordingly.
• Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
• Ensure pull the council bins out to the natural strip kerbside on SUNDAY night or by 5 A.M. on Monday.
• All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
• Please turn off the AC and lights when you go out.
• Any loss of keys or remote controls has to be reported to us immediately. Charges of key or lock replacement may be imposed if keys or remote were lost, damaged or not returned to the lock box.
• Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
• To ensure your comfort and convenience, we have provided an initial supply of essential amenities such as toilet paper rolls. Should you require additional supplies, you can find local stores nearby where you can easily purchase them.
