Featuring 8 bedrooms, including two master bedrooms with ensuites (one of which is located downstairs), 3.5 bathrooms, a spacious laundry room, open plan living and dining areas, and a private courtyard. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.
Located just a short distance from Buckanbe Park and its scenic walking trails, this property offers a serene atmosphere and opportunities for outdoor recreation.
Conveniently, this residence is a short drive away from Mitcham Train Station, Monash University, popular Rangeview shops, Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre, Brentford Square Shopping Centre, Eastland Shopping and transport hub, Eastlink, and various recreational facilities. For those seeking fitness and relaxation, the Nunawading Aquatic Center is less than a ten-minute drive away, offering swimming, gym facilities, and spa services.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Guests who have no previous reviews, please send a booking request before proceeding with instant booking.
• Government-issued photo ID may required.
• Strictly no unregistered guests during your stay. Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
• Please respect the noise curfew. Please remain quiet between 9:30 pm and 8:00 am.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
• Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
• Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the kitchenware and oven after use, otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
• On MONDAY NIGHTS, plz pull the council bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection.
• Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost damaged or not returned to the lock box.
• Please ensure empty all bins inside the rooms and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
• We have provided an initial supply of essential amenities such as toilet paper rolls, shampoo, but these may not be sufficient for your entire stay. Should you require additional supplies, you can can find local stores nearby.
• Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
• Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
• To maintain a mature and responsible environment, we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings.

To maintain the quality of the property for yourself and future guests, please follow these PET GUIDELINES, charges may be incurred should these guidelines not be followed.
• Only one well-trained and well-behaved pet is allowed.
• Pet is not allowed on furniture or bedding at any time. Please bring your own pet bedding or mat and necessary equipment such as bowls, crate, beds, leash and leads, etc. If your pets have been found on any furnishings, couches, beds or upholstery, Extra fees will be applicable, which may include linen replacement and/or excess cleaning fees.
• Keep your pet out of carpeted areas and off rugs.
• Ensure that your pet does not scratch doors, screens, or other surfaces. Any damage caused will incur replacement charges.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the unit and should not enter the unit wet or dirty.
• Clean up after your pet in the garden to ensure a pleasant experience for housekeepers and future guests.
• If we receive complaints from neighbors about excessive barking or disruptive behavior, you may be required to keep your dog under control at all times or take them home if necessary. We are under strict instruction from the local council and want to be respectful of our neighbors.
By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
