We would always aim to not intrude on your stay if at all possible and would not come into the house during your stay, unless invited or needed for urgent maintenance works or stock management.

* Unregistered guests are not permitted on the premises. All guests, including children, must be registered as a guest when making the booking.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
* Parties or events are strictly NOT permitted on the premises.
* Loud music or noise is not allowed. Please respect the noise curfew between 9:30pm and 8:00am.
* Please pull the bins out to the natural strip kerbside with the lid closed on TUESDAY night for the weekly rubbish collection.
* Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked when you go out.
* Please turn off air conditioning and lights when you go out.
* An initial supply of toilet paper rolls will be provided, these may not be enough for your entire stay. You may need to purchase additional supplies for your convenience during your stay.
