Elegant apartment of about 75 sqm, able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the 2nd floor of a modern building with lift. The property is located in the heart of the historic center (Restricted Traffic Area), in via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the main streets of the city, a stone’s throw from Piazza Pretoria and "Quattro Canti".
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The accommodation is organized as follows:

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible reach the apartment comfortably on foot in just over 10 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the accommodation by bus n. 101, 102 or 124 to the “Roma - Vucciria” stop, a 2-minute walk from the property.
- For those traveling by car, please pay attention, the property is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL in Italian). It is possible to park for a fee at the car park in Piazza Parlatoio, a 2-minute walk from the property.
