Nestled in a Seaside suburb of Milnerton, Cape Town. The property’s
ideal location on the edge of Milnerton Lagoon makes this family home
the perfect accommodation for any seasoned family travel, it’s a true
oasis of tranquility.
The space:
Indulge in the comfort of this well-thought-out space - a serene
sanctuary that coins the definition of rest, refresh, relax, and
unwind. This space is the definition of Home away from Home!
As you step inside, you’ll find that each room in this house has its
own distinct personality. The driveway has room for four cars and leads
to a secure double garage with room for two more. Through the doors is
a welcoming living area, an office, and a convenient bathroom, as well
as an inviting sunroom with a pool table. The front garden is ideal for
touch rugby or football on the lawn. The lounge area is designed for
comfort and entertainment, complete with a TV equipped with DSTV.
The fully equipped kitchen features all the amenities you need,
including a stove, dishwasher, and more. Additionally, a laundry area
with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a scullery cupboard
stocked with cleaning amenities, is at your disposal.
The kitchen opens onto a delightful outdoor space where you can sit,
rest, and enjoy on the loungers for a soothing tan or you can take a
dip in the pool.
Upstairs, you’ll discover all four bedrooms.
