Surrounded by lawn, olive trees and woods, the villa offers a picturesque rural setting for large groups, just 30 minutes from Assisi and Perugia. Inside, original wooden beams, terracotta floors, and large fireplaces blend harmoniously with contemporary furnishings. The villa, consisting of two wings, has six air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms, large living areas and a professional kitchen. A furnished porch with dining area and lounge opens onto the garden, while the pool area has a solarium with gazebo. A second furnished porch and a play area with table tennis and table football complete the outdoor spaces, offering multiple relaxation and panoramic areas. FIRST FLOOR (wing with access from an internal staircase) — A walk-through room with two single beds that leads to a double bedroom with bathroom with shower; a second walk-through room with a single bed that leads to a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR (wing with access from an external staircase) — Two double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom with shower; common living room with fireplace and kitchenette; panoramic terrace furnished with sitting room.
