Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- You will appreciate the two golf carts that are included in this rental to get around the Palmilla community as the roads are steep and this villa is at the top of a hill.
- Private Palmilla Dunes Club is accessible by golf cart, the club features are: 2 semi-olympic pool lanes, lounge pool, pool cabanas and pool bar with Lounge, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, restaurant and sports bar, children’s pool and Indoor and outdoor playground, private movie theatre, sauna, steam room, Spa, 2 Plexicushion tennis courts, 2 Paddle tennis courts, 4 Pickle Ball courts, State-Of-The-Art gym and fitness center.
- This home is part of the Palmilla community which allows guests to access 27-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Palmilla Golf Course, tennis courts, restaurants, bars, and spa at the One & Only Palmilla Hotel (reservations required in these outlets $). No access to One & Only Palmilla hotel pools or other facilities.
