Stylish Interior Recently refurbished in December 2023, this thoughtfully designed condo features a cozy living area with a full-size sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring restful nights after sun-soaked days. The bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower combination, catering to all preferences. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances and a drip coffee maker for your morning brew. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. Stay entertained with a Smart TV and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the unit. Essential Starter Pack Included Kitchen Essentials Include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper and coffee filters to get you started. Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, conditioners, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Towels, linens and beach towels are also provided. Please note: Like some other properties on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, there may be seasonal sand shifting and beach erosion due to recent storms. While there is often plenty of sand for guests to enjoy, there are times when there may be less sand. Should there be a lack of sand, a beautiful sandy beach is just a five-minute walk away. Convenient Location Cayman Reef Resort #52 is ideally situated less than a 10-minute walk (or 2-minute drive) to Camana Bay, Foster’s Grocery Store, and various shops and restaurants. Directly across the street, you’ll find a dive shop, multiple restaurants, and a liquor store. The area is also great for swimming and snorkeling. Dining options within walking distance include Peppers Bar & Grill, Coconut Joe’s Bar & Grill, Chicken! Chicken!, Saltwater Grill, and more. Supermarket and Sunday Closures Foster’s and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies, as well as a large array of international food. Note: Supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.
