PLEASE NOTE: This home is located in a family neighborhood and is only suitable for responsible, professional or family centric groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting our home.
There is a 4th room (Den) with an attached bathroom that has a very comfortable premium springless pullout couch.
Everything. Please note that we have a two garage that is really situated for one car. We do grant access to the washer and dryer in the garage area. The driveway can also fit 2 cars (front to back) and our street is in a low trafficked residential neighborhood making street parking quite easy.
Encinitas is a classic southern California beach town that boasts a moderate climate, breathtaking views, five miles of Pacific coastline, a 900-acre ecological reserve, world-class surfing and caring residents who take pride in their community.
Locals and tourists alike enjoy this charming, beautiful, friendly beach town with quaint shops, delicious cuisine, an arts community, yoga studios, ocean sports, parks, a walkable downtown area complete with a linear organic community park and plenty of biking opportunities. Encinitas thrives year-round and it’s not unusual to find people sunbathing on the beach in January.
Parking at the property includes private driveway (2 cars) and ample street parking in this quiet, residential neighborhood. There is not mass transportation within walking distance of the home. A personal vehicle is recommended.
The Moonlight Beach is just a 5min drive and Legoland is 20min away. San Diego Botanic Garden is very close too, 4 min drive.
The quiet and family orientated neighborhood makes your stay safe. Our home is enclosed with fences for your kids. Our streets are well lit for evening walks.
We are not pet friendly as of July 2015. If that should change we will notify this listing website.
We also will ask that trash be taken to the curb on Sunday evening and brought back Monday mid day. It is a pay it forward sequence as we will ask the guests following you to do the same. Thank you for understanding.
We also request that shoes not be worn in the home. High heels especially can leave marks. Our hope is this is respected so that damage issues are not a problem at check out.
