This condo is a modern two-story loft style unit.

PLEASE NOTE: We offer one Twin size air mattresses with full bedding -- this is stored in the closet in the guest bedroom; bedding is upstairs in the lower cabinet by laundry room.
This is the premier location for anywhere in downtown. Local eateries, ballpark, shopping, and historic Gaslamp are all quite literally a hop, skip and jump away in any direction.
Because of our proximity to Petco Park (baseball stadium), access to the building might be tricky and limited at times. You might not be able to drive into the garage at times.

Guests will have access to the entire condo - including 1 parking space in the garage.
**Important: we use KEYCAFE to hold our keys, read below:
-Keys are not available until 4pm of arrival day and not available after 10pm.
-For check in AND check out, guests will have to walk approximately 1.5 blocks each way to a 7-eleven convenience store nearby and pick up the keys from a secured lockbox using the code provided via email/text.
-Please make sure to account for this step on departure day as well.

*Important: guest will have to pick up the keys from a KeyCafe location that is approximately 5 minutes from the property. The location will be closed after 10 PM so guests must make sure they can check-in by that time or we will not be responsible for missing nights due to late arrival. Likewise, guests must be available to drop off the keys at same KeyCafe location at check-out or fees for unreturned keys apply.
This is the prime location in downtown San Diego with nearby access to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World, Coronado, and slightly more distant access to Legoland and Wild Animal Park.
Any and every public transportation option you can think of not including subway. This home is just 12 minutes away from San Diego Airport or a $9-$11 Uber ride.
We are 15 minutes walking distance from SD Convention Center (0.7mi)
Please only book out place if you can check in between 4-10pm and check out by 11am the day of your departure. Check in is strictly NOT available after 10pm. Failure to check in before 10pm will make you miss your first night.
