A first-floor apartment, set in a beautifully renovated 17th-century farmhouse in Chianti. The farmhouse has been divided into 4 apartments which can be booked individually or together for larger groups. This an ideal base, to explore the delights of southern Tuscany or simply to unwind and relax.
Appartamento Fiordaliso sleeps 4 people in comfort. The open-plan living area, with a high beamed ceiling, has a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table for 4 people and a neat, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven and fridge/freezer.
The apartment has its own terrace with a table and chairs. There are also communal gardens. The shared swimming pool (open from May to the mid of October) has sun loungers and parasols close by. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
