Inside, the home opens up to a bright, airy living area that flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining space—perfect for gathering after a day at the beach or pool. The oversized island and large dining table make it easy to share meals, laughs, and late-night conversations, while morning coffee is best enjoyed on the porch with a coastal breeze. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need for anything from quick bites to family-style dinners. Each of the four king bedrooms is a true private retreat, featuring plush mattresses, crisp cotton linens, and ensuite bathrooms for comfort and privacy. Step onto your private balcony in the morning and take in the fresh ocean air. The bunk room is ideal for kids or extra guests, offering a full bed, twin bed, and trundle for flexible sleeping arrangements. Just two blocks from the beach, this home offers the perfect balance of coastal adventure and resort-style relaxation, complete with high-speed Wi-Fi, central A/C, washer and dryer, and off-street driveway parking. Whether you’re here for beach days, poolside lounging, or both—you’ll never want to leave. ☀️🏖️ Pool Heat Pump Notice: The pool is heated using an energy-efficient heat pump, which warms the water by pulling heat from the surrounding air. For best performance, the heat pump operates efficiently when outdoor temperatures are 60°F or higher. During cooler weather, heating performance may be limited, and the pool may not reach typical heated temperatures. *Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking. *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
