Residenza Marconi is located in a quiet and strategic area (near the station) just a few steps from the heart of the city (250 metres).
On the third floor of the building (no lift), it is very spacious, bright and suitable for up to 6 people.
Equipped with all the necessary comforts, it has 3 balconies that allow to go outside both facing the inside yard of the building and the street.
This penthouse has a large living area with a small balcony, an independent kitchen with another small balcony and a large corridor with two air-conditioned bedrooms and a more hospitable balcony.
The bathroom is complete with everything you might require, included a storage room with washing machine to meet all needs.
Access to the flat is only via stairs as there is no lift.
