Thanks to its large size, this apartment is able to accommodate couples, friends and families. Entering a courtyard allows you to enjoy maximum comfort and silence. The house is independent and structured on two floors.
On the first floor there is the kitchen, equipped with every need for cooking. A large room with sofa table and two large windows to ventilate in maximum comfort even when there are more people. Also on the first floor there is a double bedroom and adjacent to it there is a bathroom.
Upstairs we can find a large laundry room and two bedrooms, one double (or with 2 single beds) and a triple room.
There is a sofa bed that allows you to reach up to 10 people.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
