Central two bedroom flat of about 70 square metres located on the mezzanine floor in a green residential complex, situated on the doorstep of Lazise’s old town centre at only 200 metres from the lake promenade and the beach. From the balcony, equipped with table and chairs, you can enjoy a relaxing view over the swimming pool and the large surrounding garden.
The partially renovated flat consists of a bright living area with kitchenette with gas cooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven/microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. A country chic style wooden table suitable for up to 6 persons. A comfortable double sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children) and an armchair complete the living room. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
