With the largest floor plan in Bayside Villas, this spacious two-story condo provides plenty of room for your family to unwind and reconnect—all while enjoying stunning views of the Roosevelt Channel and Pine Island Sound. Step onto your private screened lanai and watch boats drift by, dolphins play, and seabirds glide across the water. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and three inviting bedrooms—each with its own private bath. The master suite features a king bed and breathtaking bay views, the second bedroom offers a bright setting with another king bed, and the third bedroom includes two double beds perfect for families or friends. The beach is just a short walk away, and you’re ideally located near the entrance of South Seas for easy access to Captiva’s shops, restaurants, live music, art galleries, and all the fun of island life. While you won’t have access to resort amenities, your Bayside Villa comes with plenty of its own perks: a large heated pool, high-speed Wi-Fi, outdoor grills, community washer/dryers (coin-operated), beach chairs and towels, and—of course—the beach just steps away. Golf cart rentals are available nearby (electric carts only within the gates). *Please be aware that there is ongoing construction throughout the resort* Property Manager will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance.
