Buttercup Cabin is a cozy two-level, 1,400-square-foot retreat in the gated
community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. Just 25 miles from
the entrance to Yosemite National Park, this home is perfect for families and
groups looking for a comfortable getaway with access to both Pine Mountain
Lake amenities and Yosemite.
The home features WiFi, two TVs, central heating and air conditioning, and
ceiling fans for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a
microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. A washer and dryer
are available for guest use.
Guests can enjoy the spacious deck and cook on the gas BBQ (propane not
included).
No pets or animals are allowed.

Gated Community Access & Fees
Pine Mountain Lake requires a one-time, non-refundable $50 access fee per
vehicle for entry. This fee is paid directly to the HOA. Stays of eight or
more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations.
Additional Details
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach
towels are not provided.
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited, except for the proper use of gas
firepits.
A gas BBQ is available, but propane is not included. Guests may purchase or
exchange a tank at the local market.
Firewood is not provided.
Parking & Accessibility
Driveway parking is available for 3–4 vehicles.
This property has both interior and exterior stairways. There are several
steps from the driveway to the home’s entrance.
