HARBOUR TOWER 713 is the perfect setting to enjoy the tropics in this beach theme condo overlooking the Sanibel Harbour waters reaching further to Sanibel Island. Relax in the comfort on the spacious lanai and take in the views that include wildlife and various boats sailing past. This condo in Sanibel Harbour, Florida is decorated in Blues, Yellows, and Greens; boasting sunshine inside and outside day or night. A lovely bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and barstools to add to the seating. The upgraded bathroom in the primary bathroom has a large walk- in shower and shower bench. The primary bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a Sofa Sleeper in living room if you wish for additional sleeping space. You won’t find other Sanibel Harbour accommodations this cozy and comfortable.
Neighborhood: Enjoy the private beach with lounge chairs, the heated pool and hot tub as well as a walking path around the Marriott Resort and Spa. Tennis and Pickleball courts add to the visit with several restaurants within walking distance.
Getting Around: There are many places to see and things to do on Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach and Fort Myers. If you choose to stay for several days we suggest exploring the area. Having a rental car allows for the mobility, but enjoying the pool, beach and sunset views of your waterfront condo, you would not need a car with the restaurants next door.
