The Resort, has been designed to offer privacy and total relaxation to guests who seek a hidden getaway with exclusive services, consisting the epitome of elegance in the well known peninsula of Halkidiki. The villa consists of three levels of an aggregate area of 200m². Its external area comprises a big exclusive garden of 700m², furnished terrace and sunbathing deck, private pool 4 x 12m. with a specially designed area for kids, as well as 4 parking places inside the complex area.
Inside, on the first level there are four spacious double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 1 wc. On the second level there is a cozy and modern open plan living-room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, and one more bathroom. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
