You can’t get much closer to the ski slopes on Peak 8 than this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom penthouse in One Ski Hill Place. A private residence, this luxury penthouse has only recently been made available for guests. The Breck Connect gondola is steps away for a ride down to the charming historic town of Breckenridge or back up the mountain.
This mountain-facing residence provides beautiful views of the mountain from all windows, through the spectacular cathedral windows in the living room or the windows of either bedroom. Each morning, quickly see how much powder fell overnight or which slopes are freshly groomed. From the balcony off the main living area, you look right down at the base area that’s a hub of activity all year round.
The penthouse residence is tastefully renovated with contemporary furnishing and modern fixtures and appliances. This designer residence features locally-sourced barnwood and natural stone. An open concept living, dining, and kitchen area has cathedral ceilings and natural light streams in through the wall of windows. There’s a comfortable sitting space to gather around the beautiful stone gas fireplace, a dining table for six and high-end kitchen appliances with a bar counter that seats three guests. The living room is outfitted with a 55-inch smart TV and a Samsung soundbar.
The mountain-facing primary king suite has plenty of natural light, a 43-inch smart TV, a large closet and a private bath with double vanity. This bathroom features a steam shower and separate tub. On the opposite side of the main living space is the second bedroom that has a queen bed and one twin bed. This room is also mountain facing, full of natural light and features a 43-inch smart TV. The attached bathroom features a double vanity and shower and is also accessible from the main living area.
For guests’ convenience there is a stackable washer and dryer, air conditioning, and parking for one vehicle in an underground garage.
One Ski Hill Place features exclusive resort amenities, including an outdoor plaza with a heated deck and fireplace with excellent views of the ski slopes, two family-friendly theater rooms, a bowling alley, a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, a full-service spa, and ski valet. The aquatics center features two indoor pools, a steam room, a sauna, and an outdoor hot tub with fire pit. One Ski Hill Place also has private dining for guests in The Living Room Restaurant and Bar, meeting rooms and business center, and property-wide high-speed WiFi. Note: Reservations are required for the theater and bowling alley.
