Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- ➢ No smoking.
- ➢ No pets allowed.
- ➢ No events, parties or large gatherings.
- ➢ Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
- ➢ If excessive noise is reported, police will be called, and a fine will be assessed.
- ➢ Pool is unfenced, children must be always accompanied by adults in the pool area.
- ➢ Please do not change any settings or reset any systems without explicit permission of the host. You can login with your streaming user account on the televisions.
- ➢ Please report any damages that occur while you’re in the residence.
- ➢ Checkout by 11 am.
