This new and stylish beachy loft is located in the carefree West Beach neighborhood. It’s filled with small bungalows and boutique hotels that are just steps from the beach, Stearns Wharf, State Street, Funk Zone, and the Harbor. The Brewhouse, Toma, Jeannine’s Bakery, and Chad’s restaurants frequented by locals, and Amtrak station are all close by making the walkability that much better.
Walls of windows bring maximum light into this airy loft. The spacious Living Room is surrounded by an updated Kitchen and galley style Dining space. A custom breakfast bar and reading nook flank the dining table adding additional seating for larger groups. The Bedrooms are inspired by the coastal modern aesthetic connected by a spa-like Bathroom. A private outdoor deck offers additional lounge seating underneath the -palm trees.
