Welcome to our versatile property, comprising two units for your convenience! The front unit boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 7 guests comfortably. The master bedroom features a king bed, closet space, and bedside lamps, while the second bedroom offers a twin bed and ceiling fan. The third bedroom presents a queen bed, bedside lamps, and closet, while the fourth bedroom on the main floor offers a full bed. Each bedroom includes a 40" smart TV for your entertainment. The spacious living room boasts a 62" smart TV with an entertainment system. The back unit offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, hosting 6 guests with ease. The master bedroom includes a king bed, bedside lamps, closet, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom provides a king bed, closet, and ceiling fan, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed, bedside lamps, closet, and ceiling fan. Enjoy the comfort of a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and supplied towels and soaps in both units. Outside, relax on the patio with outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and a hot tub. Plus, we’re dog-friendly for your furry friends!
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
Dog Policy:
This house is dog friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Although the home doesn’t have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city’s area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
