**All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days before check-in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee is based on maximum unit occupancy which amounts to $100.41. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies, based on unit occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests before arrival via email titled "Laketown Wharf Guest Registration Link". Please check in at the Laketown Wharf front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, that the fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA. **
