With a total interior space of 146m², the villa offers two distinct units that share outdoor amenities while preserving personal space indoors — accommodating up to 6 guests in bedrooms and 2 additional guests on sofa beds.
Unit One (85m²)
The ground floor features an open-plan living and kitchen area, with a 43” TV, comfortable sofa, and direct access to the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with breakfast counter for 4 and a guest WC.
Upstairs, two cozy bedrooms share a modern bathroom with shower cabin and washer/dryer.
Unit Two (61m²)
Also spread across two levels, this unit offers an open living-kitchen area on the ground floor, a 43” TV, and access to a private terrace with seating. The indoor dining table seats 4.
Upstairs, one double bedroom enjoys its own ensuite bathroom with shower and laundry facilities.
All three bedrooms include 32” TVs, open wardrobes, independent air conditioning, and private balconies with outdoor seating — ideal for unwinding at your own pace.

Step outside into 92m² of open-air serenity. The 18m² private pool (1.50m depth) is perfect for refreshing swims any time of day, and an outdoor shower adds convenience after beach visits.

And if you wish to explore beyond Panormos, the village is well-connected by frequent public buses to Rethymno (every 30 min in summer) and Heraklion (approximately every 45–60 min depending on the season). A rental car, however, adds flexibility for discovering more of Crete, and we’re happy to assist.
