A full bathroom with shower is also available on this level. One guest can sleep on the living room’s comfortable sofa, if needed.
Upstairs, three thoughtfully styled bedrooms await:
One bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Two twin bedrooms sharing a modern bathroom with shower and washer/dryer
Each bedroom features a 32” TV, air conditioning, open wardrobes, and access to furnished balconies — the perfect retreat after a day in the sun.
External Living
Outdoors, 92m² of private space invite you to unwind at your own pace.
The 23m² swimming pool (1.50m depth) offers refreshing dips throughout the day, while four sunbeds and two umbrellas provide shade and comfort.
A casual lounge corner with sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table offers a relaxed spot for reading or afternoon drinks. For al fresco dining, a shaded pergola shelters a 6-seater table beside a gas BBQ — ideal for summer meals under the stars.
