Property Manager is proud to present Kittilä 1282. Kittilä 1282 (The spell of Levi) is a lovely pet-friendly holiday apartment completed in December 2021. The apartment is situated in Isorakka, just 100 m away from the illuminated ski tracksjogging and mountain bike trails, 2 km from the golf course and ski slopes, 2.5 km from the center. Also, the ski bus and snowmobiling are only 500 m away.
The apartment is 58 m2 + loft of 20m2 and is best suited for six adults, but can also be accommodated for 8 people if there are children in the group.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with high-quality beds 160 cm and 140 cm made in Finland, in addition, Unico frame mattress beds with memory foam mattress pads in the loft. All beds are new, and the mattresses semi-hard and give good support for your back.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
