Property Manager is proud to present Lieksa 1048. Exclusive laminated-log cabin, built in 2022, near the lake Jerojärvi in Koli tourist area (Koli 4.5 km). The cabins (4 cabins in a row) have shared shallow sand beach, pier and lean-to shelter, distance is about 200 m.
The living area of the cabin is 66 m², including the loft. Living roomkitchen, dining group for 5, heat storing fireplace. On the ground floor, bedroom with double bed, 3 x 80 cm wide beds in the loft. WashroomWC, sauna (electric sauna stove).
Air source heat pump, Wi-Fi. Children’s equipment is delivered separately upon request (travel cot, high chair for a baby and potty). Child safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. Equipment for invalid people: ramp for wheelchair on the outside stairs, wide doors to the washroom and bedroom, no thresholds. WC-seat is equipped with armrest support.

There is a small disc golf course with 3 baskets in the area.
There is a 3-persons lakeside sauna with dressing room for rent. The sauna is available for 1.5.-31.10. and it has battery lights and carrying water from the lake. Price 30 e2 hours, 45 e3 hours, 60 e4 hours. Reservations and payment to the owner.
The holiday apartment is at your use from 16.00 on the day of arrival and until 12.00 on the day of departure, also for the weekend bookings.
Final cleaning service and bed linen can be purchased for an additional fee.
Fatbikes (4 pcs), sup boards (2 pcs), and rowing boats (2 pcs) available for rent from the owner. The cabins are located right next to the Koli national park, the connection trail to the Koli hiking trails starts from the backyard. The cabin is surrounded by good berry and mushroom picking forests.
Owner arranges guided net fishing trips, ask more info from the owner.
Steep hill to the cabin. There is a wonderful view of the lake hill landscape from the cabin. The owner lives approx. 100 m from the cabins.
The cabins are in a row, the first is 15767 APILA 1, next is 15768 METSÄTÄHTI 2, then 15769 KIELO 3 and the last in the row is 15770 KANERVA 4. In addition, there is a cabin with private beach within 200 m distance, 15771 LUMME.
If you book more than one destination for the same period (e.g. in group bookings), -15% discount is applied if you make the reservation at Lomarengas customer service.
