Property Manager is proud to present Pertunmaa 1120. Pertunmaa 1120 is a high-quality rental villa, built in 2010, perfect for larger families or groups of friends for shared vacations, corporate events, weddings, and other family celebrations. The nearest neighbor is located 200 m away, and the private road can be closed with a gate if needed.
NOTE! The destination is NOT RENTED to groups consisting of individuals under 30 years old, for events such as bachelor parties or similar. A security deposit of 500 euros is to be paid in cash or via MobilePay upon arrival. The security deposit will be refunded on the day of departure if everything is in proper condition.
The 420 m² villa includes six hotel-standard bedrooms on three floors. Each bedroom has its own WC and shower, air conditioning, television, and private patio or balcony. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen with dining space for 20 people. Fast 100 Mbps fiber-optic Internet and private power generator ensure smooth Internet connections and electrical capacity, even in stormy weather. Electric car charging is included in the price, 2 charging stations are available. Child equipment includes 2 high chairs and 2 travel cots.
At Pertunmaa 1120, you can truly enjoy the sauna experience. You have access to a lakeside sauna offering a lake view, an indoor sauna with electric or wood-heated sauna stoves, and an infrared sauna. Besides sauna, you can refresh yourself in the outdoor hot tub, cold water waterfall, or steam shower cabin. There is also an indoor hydro massage bath in the bathroom. Smoke sauna for 10 people can be booked for an additional fee of 300 euros, payment directly to the owner. In winter, ice swimming possibility. Spa facilities include dressing rooms for women and men, as well as a lounge with a bar counter and refrigerator.
On the extensive garden area, you can spend time together playing games, barbecuying, taking sauna sessions, admiring the view from the hot tub, and swimming on your private beach. The private spa and 4 different saunas offers a great way to relax. There are 2 rowing boats, and an electric outboard motor is included in the price. Additionally, petrol outboard motor can be rented from the owner.
Bringing pets to Pertunmaa 1120 is strictly prohibited. Various sports equipment, catering services, private fishing guides, or even a massage therapist can be rented directly from the owner. There are hiking and skiing trails in the surrounding area, as well as good cycling routes within an hour’s drive, including Repovesi and Leivonmäki National Parks.
