Property Manager is proud to present Pertunmaa 1119. Pertunmaa 1119 is a high-quality log villa built in 1990 and completely renovated and expanded in 2012. It is suitable for larger family vacations, small events, and meetings, as it is equipped with fast fiber optic internet connection. For hot days, the villa has a mechanical cooling system.
The bright 140 m² villa features a spacious living room with fireplaces and 3 bedrooms on two floors. Both bedrooms on the ground floor have two beds, and the upper floor room has three beds. In addition, there are two alcoves with a total of three additional sleeping places if needed. Bed linens is included in the rent. The sauna has a wood-burning sauna stove, three showers, and three WCs.
The villa is situated on a flat, sunny lawn where you can play and spend time with the whole family. You can also use the villa’s own boat for rowing or fishing in the nearby lake. There is a shallow sandy beach near the sauna, suitable for safe water activities for even the youngest family members. The villa has a glazed grill hut for outdoor cooking and a covered terrace. There is also a fish cleaning hut.
You can inquire about renting a portable hot tub from the owner; payment is made on-site. Please confirm the availability of the hot tub well in advance, as it is also rented to other cabins. The hot tub will be delivered ready for use in the yard. Electric car charging is included in the price.
There is a pet fee of 20 euros per pet. The owner offers various sports equipment for rent, catering services, a private fishing guide, or even a massage therapy. There are hiking and ski trails in the surrounding area, as well as excellent cycling routes nearby. Nature destinations are not only in the immediate vicinity but also within an hour’s drive in Repovesi and Leivonmäki national parks.
