Property Manager is proud to present Kuhmoinen 1029. Magnificent, well-equipped, and spacious cabin situated on the western side of Himos, on a ski slope above Himos Golf Course. The cabin offers splendid views of the golf course from its terraces and windows, making it especially suitable for golf enthusiasts. The cabin comes with two private golf carts, included in the rental (for golfing use only). There is a glassed and non-glassed terrace on the upper floor. On the lower floor terrace, there is a hot tub available for rent.
This wooden cabin spans 230 m² (built in 2021) and features 5 bedrooms: one with a double bed and four with two single beds in each, accommodating a total of 10 people. The upper floor boasts a spacious living roomkitchen area, along with a bathroom that includes a shower. The kitchen has a dining table for 10 people, and there are two furnished terraces on the upper floor. The front terrace has both open and glassed sections. The side terrace is equipped with patio furniture and a gas grill (not available for use between December 1st and April 30th.).
The ground floor includes a lounge area with sofas and a TV, a sauna (electric sauna stove), a bathroom with three showers, and two WCs. There is also a terrace with a hot tub available for rent. The cabin has a garage for storing golf carts, with space for one regular car. There is an electric outlet in the yard for charging electric cars with your own charger.
Through the owner, you can obtain golf-playing rights at a 50% discount for four players. Additional instructions for booking the playing rights can be found in the cabin folder. From the slope plot, there is a fantastic view of the Himos area. The cabin receives ample sunlight since there are no obstructive trees or other buildings in front of it. The starting point of the golf course can be reached by walking or using a golf cart, with a distance of 800 m by foot or 3.5 km by car.
