Property Manager is proud to present Sotkamo 1138. Semi-detached log apartment in the slope center of Vuokatti, built 2003. Area 74 m², inc. loft 14 m², living room kitchen with sofa bed for 1-2, fireplace, bedroom with double bed. Sauna (electric heater), shower and separate toilet. Upstairs bedroom with twin beds, sleeping loft with twin beds and toilet.
Wireless Internet connection.
Baby equipment: A travel cot is available on request, with a high chair, child gates at the top and bottom of the stairs and a potty.
In front of the cottage, a separate ski maintenance room (shared with the neighboring apartment), lubrication stand and electricity.
Charging electricity and hybrid cars from external and internal plugs is prohibited. Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Ski slope 150 m, cross-country ski trail 100 m. Nearest beach 1.5 km.
The apartment is in use on the day of arrival at 16.00 and handed over on the day of departure at 12.00 (also for weekend bookings). No pets in the apartment.
