Property Manager is proud to present Sotkamo 1137. A log-built semi-detached apartment in Vuokatti’s slope center, built 2003, partially renovated in 2022.
Area 74 m², of which loft 14 m², living room kitchen with a sofa bed for 1-2, fireplace, bedroom with a double bed. Sauna (electric stove), shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs, a bedroom with separate beds for two, a sheltered sleeping loft with separate beds for two and a toilet.
Wireless Internet connection.
Children’s equipment: Travel cot, high chair, baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs and a potty. Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Ski slope 150 m, cross-country trail 70 m. Nearest beach 1.5 km.
The apartment is in use on the day of arrival at 16:00 and handed over on the day of departure at 12:00 (also for weekend bookings).
Pets allowed for an additional fee.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
