Property Manager is proud to present Hämeenlinna 1046. Hämeenlinna 1046 is a new cozy cabin on a sunny plot by lake Ilmoilanselkä. From the balcony on the terrace, you can watch the passing boat traffic. The beautiful lake scenery can also be seen from the large windows. The cabin’s three separate bedrooms and new, high-quality Yankee beds enable a peaceful place to sleep during your vacation. The house is heated by an air-to-water heat pump, which can also be used to cool the cabin. The interior space is comfortably cool even in the summer heat.
50 km southeast from Tampere, lake Ilmoilanselkä 30 m, gently sloping sandy beach, own pier and rowing boat, log cabin 2023, spacious living roomkitchen, three bedrooms, all with a 160 x 200 cm king-size bed, in the living room a sofa bed with a 140 x 200 cm extra bed with mattress for two. Sauna (electric sauna stove) with a lake view. Washroom with two showers and a WC. A wide terrace with a wood-burning fireplace. The cabin has two separate WCs.
The destination is only rented for a peaceful vacation.
The hot tub is available for rent from 1 May to 30 October. The hot tub rent 1-3 days €150, 4-7 days €220. The hot tub must be reserved for the entire vacation. A flat grassy plot where the sun can shine during the day and evening. The location of the cabin is peaceful, there is very little passing traffic. A food processor in the kitchen.
