Property Manager is proud to present Heinola 1033. Heinola 1033 is an exclusive log villa completed in 2014, located in the heart of the Finnish Sports Academy in Vierumäki. Within a short walk, you can find all the services of Vierumäki, from golf to bowling, from the swimming beach to tennis and from horse riding to the spa.
Heinola 1033 is perfectly suited as a holiday destination for a family or group of up to 6 people. Three bedrooms, two WCs, sauna compartment (electric sauna stove), open kitchen, large living room, 100-square-meter terrace and large yard, the complex serves even the most demanding holidaymakers.
The living room also has a smart TV, PS4 game console and speaker system.
Two bedrooms have a double bed and one has two single beds.
The partially covered terrace has a table group and gas grill.
The stoned and lighted front yard has a carport, which is connected to a heated storage room and waste bins. In the carport, it is also possible to charge hybrid and electric car by using a normal wall outlet (Suko). Please agree with the owner, an additional fee of 20 euros holiday period must be paid directly to the owner.
Pets are also welcome here, additional fee 50 euros holiday period. Heinola 1033 is well suited for active holidays as well as peaceful holidays.
All the academy’s services are right next door, e.g. tennis court, golf course, Holiday Club spa, swimming beach 600 m, Flowpark climbing course, frisbee golf course, bowling alley. In addition, the Vierumäki area has many outdoor, skiing, cycling and orienteering trails, as well as an ice hall and indoor sports hall.
