Nestled in the heart of nature, this ground-floor apartment, for 5 people, has its own private terrace and garden and makes an idyllic holiday retreat at any time of year.
The open plan, the living room has a comfortable sofa, armchair and a flatscreen TV. Glass doors open onto a private terrace and garden with a table and chairs. Here, guests can dine al fresco on the wooden decking. Back indoors, the dining table seats 6 people. Close by is the open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and coffee machines.
Additionally, in the building, guests can enjoy total relaxation with shared amenities that include a heated indoor swimming pool and a gym.

The residence is in the centre of the village of Vallorcine, set in the spectacular mountain scenery. The slopes around Vallorcine are suitable for skiers of all levels. The apartment is a short walk from the ski lifts and the ski slopes. There are also 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence. The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the village, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux Jazz Festival, on the shores of Lake Geneva, takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away.
During the summer season, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing and horse riding. The village of Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10 minutes’ drive). Geneva Airport is a 1-hour 30-minute drive away.
