Spanning 67 square meters, Sabia is designed to offer you both relaxation and functionality. The apartment features two queen-size bedrooms, each with its own unique features. The first bedroom includes a dedicated workstation, ideal for any work or tasks you may need to attend to during your stay. The second bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, adding a touch of luxury and privacy to your experience. Both the ensuite and detached bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs, ensuring you have ample space to unwind and refresh after a day of exploration. The heart of the apartment is the inviting living room, where you can unwind and connect. Enjoy your favorite entertainment on the provided system, or gather around the dining table for meals and conversations. The beach design theme creates a soothing ambiance, allowing you to escape into a coastal-inspired retreat within the bustling city. The fully furnished kitchen provides all the necessary amenities for preparing your meals at your leisure. To ensure your comfort throughout your stay, Sabia is equipped with split air conditioning in the living and 1 bedroom, allowing you to maintain a pleasant indoor temperature regardless of the weather outside. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the living room and 1 bedroom. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
