Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Sande pulls inspiration from the beaches of Indonesia, by using varied textures and soft tones in the design. The 80 square meter space has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Notice the domed ceilings with wooden beams and the colorful tiles, typical of Catalan architecture. It finds the fully furnished kitchen when walking into the apartment. The kitchen looks onto the living room, which is composed of a dining area and lounge space as well. The space is clean and light, with beige tones and wood decor. There is a small baclony accessible from the living area. Past the entrance, there is a bathroom with a bathtub with shower. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and light washed wooden closets. The second bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom and a private office area. There is a queen-sized bed and ample closet space. The ensuite bathroom comes with a full shower. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room and in the two Bedrooms. All bed and bath linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
